Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jiliraja99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online casino, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services available at jiliraja99.cam (the "Site").

7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

jiliraja99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the jiliraja99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts and permanent suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate. jiliraja99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided during or after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. jiliraja99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that an application is fraudulent, inaccurate, or made in breach of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jiliraja99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players:

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be delayed until satisfactory documentation is provided.

jiliraja99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees. Players are advised to check with their payment provider prior to transacting.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jiliraja99 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are generally used first for wagering unless stated otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general wagering conditions apply across all products:

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

jiliraja99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
